Order Processing & Shipping

Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
To ensure safe delivery, each order is securely packed in a protective wooden box designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

An uncut, one-shot unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Clear photos and videos of the product showing the issue.
Please Note:
The unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, broken, defective, missing or products. Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Once our team verifies your claim, we will provide replacement for the damage part.
No Returns for Change of Mind
As each Stello Home product is carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped exactly as ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
If you receive the exact product that you ordered, a return or refund will not be accepted simply because you no longer like the design, color, finish, size, or appearance after delivery, or because it does not match your personal preference or décor.
By placing an order with Stello Home, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product images, dimensions, specifications, and description before making your purchase.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product received is:
Damaged during transit,
Incorrect (Different from the item ordered)
